Blur Cubic Environment

Swipe to view the 3D environment gradually blur

The environment is mapped to the inside of a cube. Example of post processing with render to texture. The fragment shader takes samples offset from the texture, then blends them together. The more you swipe over the canvas the blurrier the scene becomes.
