3D Lightning Storm
Swipe to View Lightning Over the Landscape
Storm clouds flash as you swipe over the 3D interactive river scene.
The fragment shader creates the effect of lightning and storm clouds. The background scene was modeled with 3DS Max, then rendered to cubic maps. The cube maps were applied to a cube with WebGL.

WebGL Scenes with Responsive Web Design
Most WebGL environments or scenes, at Seven Thunder Software,
display 3D backgrounds with basic shaders,

This method avoids use of skyboxes, multiple image files, and separate shaders
to render skyboxes.
Skybox shaders require the WebGL
